Dear Parents,  

           You can get an application for your son or daughter to enroll in the Mom’s Morning Out Nursery School at the Fonda Reformed Church for the 2009-2010 school year by clicking here:  MMO Application

            We meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am in the morning session and 12 noon to 2:30 pm in the afternoon session.  Class size, depending on enrollment, will be 28-30 students for the morning session and 14 students for the afternoon session.  (Afternoon session will be offered if we have more applicants than the morning session can accommodate. This will be for four year olds only.)

            The enrollment will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  Students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2010 will be given priority over three year old students. You will be notified as soon as our class list is finalized.  Additional information about our program will be included. We expect notification to take place by mid-July.  

            Please return your completed application form and a $65.00 deposit made out to Mom’s Morning Out as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot on our class list.  This deposit is non-refundable once your child is accepted into the program and will also serve as September’s tuition payment.
